Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of cannabidiol in Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), sponsored by Elizabeth Donner. Primary endpoint: Success rate of transition from 'artisanal' CBD to Epidiolex at Day 15. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
