Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of HS-10374 in plaque psoriasis (3 arms), sponsored by Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients achieving sPGA 0/1 with at least 2 points improvement from baseline at 12 weeks. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
