Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of 8R-70CAR T-cells in glioma and diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) (3 arms), sponsored by University of Florida. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 28 days, Prevalence of enrolled subjects who receive a qualified immunotherapy investigational product at 18 weeks and 1 more.
