Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of mezagitamab in immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events (TEAEs) and Serious TEAEs at 108 weeks and Number of Participants With TEAEs Leading to Permanent Withdrawal of Mezagitamab at 108 weeks.
