Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of carbachol and brimonidine tartrate + sodium hyaluronate in presbyopia (7 arms), sponsored by Zhaoke Ophthalmology. Primary endpoints: Change in Monocular Corrected Near Visual Acuity at 8 hours and Change in Monocular Corrected Distance Visual Acuity at 8 hours. Started Mar 2025; status: recruiting.
