Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, without epinephrine in multiple rib fractures (2 arms), sponsored by Assiut University. Primary endpoint: Improvement in patients pain score at Day 3. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
