Nanocrystalline Megestrol Acetate for Appetite and Weight in NSCLC Cachexia

Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of megestrol in cancer cachexia (2 arms), sponsored by Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Proportion of appetite improvement assessed by A/CS-12 (Anorexia/Cachexia Subscale of Functional Assessment of Anorexia/Cachexia Therapy) at 3 weeks and Proportion of individuals with weight gain exceeding 5% relative to baseline at 12 weeks.
