Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of repository corticotropin injection in keratitis, dry eye syndrome (DED) and neuropathic corneal pain (NCP), sponsored by Toyos Clinic. Primary endpoints: Visual Analog scale for injection comfort at 3 years, Visual Analog scale for burning at 3 years and 4 more. Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
