Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of zonisamide in focal epilepsy and generalized tonic-clonic seizure (GTCS), sponsored by Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. Primary endpoints: Change in seizure frequency at Week 20 and Proportion of patients with >50% seizure reduction at Week 20. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
