Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of siplizumab and tegoprubart in end stage renal disease (ESRD) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Induction of mixed chimerism without chimeric transition syndrome at 7 years, Achievement of IS minimization (tacrolimus or Belatacept monotherapy) at 7 years and 1 more. Started May 2025; status: active, not recruiting.
