Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of 124I-evuzamitide in amyloidosis, sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Change in organ-specific 124I AT-01 uptake from baseline at 24 months and Frequency of CAPS disease flares after exposure to 124I AT 01 at 2 years.
