Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release chewable tablet and [11C] raclopride in Clinical high risk for psychosis (CHR), sponsored by New York State Psychiatric Institute. Primary endpoints: Dopamine transmission at Day 1 and Conversion to syndromal psychosis at 24 months. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
