Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of bemarituzumab in gastroesophageal junction cancer, sponsored by European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer. Primary endpoint: Completion rate of neoadjuvant treatment followed by surgery without serious anastomotic leakage at 2.3 years. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
