Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of balixafortide in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose of Balixafortide at 2 Years and Recommended Phase II Dose of Balixafortide at 2 Years. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
