Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of ponsegromab in cachexia (3 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in body weight at 12 weeks and Functional Assessment of Anorexia/Cachexia Therapy 5-item Anorexia Symptom Scale scores at 12 weeks.
