Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in sickle cell disease (SCD) comparing L-citrulline with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in pain score from baseline to discharge and Time to pain crisis resolution at 30 days. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
