Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of DA5221-B2, empagliflozin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Dong-A ST. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Concentration-time Curve from time zero to the last quantifiable concentration and Maximum Plasma Concentration. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
