Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) comparing Tranexamic Acid with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: prophylactic tranexamic acid in prevention of post-partum haemorrhage in ELLSCS at 6 months. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
