Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Sertraline Switch, Agomelatine Switch and Aripiprazole Augmentation (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Children's Depression Rating Scale Response Rate at 8 weeks. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
