Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial of remimazolam and etomidate in general anesthesia (5 arms), sponsored by The Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. Primary endpoints: Median Effective Dose (ED50) of Etomidate at 3 weeks, Median Effective Dose (ED50) of Remimazolam at 1 week and 2 more. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
