Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) comparing HRS-5965 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Ratio of 24-hour Urinary protein to creatinine ratio (UPCR) to baseline at 36 weeks and Total annualized slope of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at 104 weeks.
