Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of alprazolam in seizure, sponsored by UCB. Primary endpoints: Time to reach a z-score of absolute power >2 in combined spindle and β1 frequency bands (Staccato alprazolam, Group 1) at 60 months and Time to reach a z-score of absolute power >2 in combined spindle and β1 frequency bands (IV midazolam, Group 1) at 60 months.
