Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of PMB-CT01 in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD), myasthenia gravis (MG) and 2 more, sponsored by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 3 months and Adverse Events at 2 years. Started Apr 2025; status: recruiting.
