Overview
Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial of AZD4248 in diabetic kidney disease (DKD) (7 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants with Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events up to 19 days and Intra- and inter-participant variability of estimated glomerular filtration rate derived from home self-testing device measurements.
