Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of daratumumab in familial cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of severe infusion-related reactions at 2 months and Change in total lesion volume on MRI at 2 months. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
