Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of ex vivo expanded CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells and nivolumab in glioma (2 arms), sponsored by University of Florida. Primary endpoints: Rate of Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 4 weeks and Rate of ability to manufacture a product that meets release specifications and deliver the first study treatment at 4 weeks.
