Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of 5-aminolevulinic acid in soft tissue sarcoma (STS), sponsored by University of Colorado Denver. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of 5-ALA aided fluorescent visualization of soft tissue sarcomas versus surrounding tissues and Surgeon survey results of intraoperative tumor fluorescence.
