Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD1a CAR-T cells in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) and 5 more, sponsored by Chinese PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dose Limiting Toxicity and Frequency of adverse events, serious adverse events at 24 months. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
