Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of dapagliflozin + linagliptin + metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by AJU PHARM Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of Metformin and Area Under the Concentration-time Curve From Time Zero to the Last Quantifiable Concentration (AUCt) of Metformin.
