Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of fludarabine, cytarabine, idarubicin and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage (ALAL), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and 1 more, sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants starting study treatment with FLAG-Ida within 42 days of the date of informed consent. Started Sep 2025; status: recruiting.
