Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of HRS-8427 in complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI), acute pyelonephritis, hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia (HAP) and 1 more, sponsored by Hengrui. Primary endpoints: Total radioactive recovery rate and cumulative total radioactive recovery rate in excreta (urine and feces), Percentage of the potent drug and its metabolites in plasma, urine and feces to the administered dose and 5 more.
