Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of HBS-201 in narcolepsy, sponsored by Harmony Biosciences. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants who discontinue treatment due to a treatment-emergent adverse event related to study drug at 44 days and Frequency, severity, and seriousness of treatment-emergent adverse events at 44 days.
