Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of denosumab in Sarcopenia (2 arms), sponsored by Prince of Wales Hospital. Primary endpoints: Sarcopenia and Quality of Life at 24 months, Quadriceps muscle strength at 24 months and 6 more. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
