Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of GC012 in systemic sclerosis (SSc) and idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM). Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 28 days and Adverse Events at 96 weeks. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
