Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of RAG-17 in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events and serious adverse events and ALS Functional Rating Scale-Revised score at 570 days. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
