Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in skin tear, senile purpura and dermatoporosis (DP) comparing Tretinoin arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in frequency of skin tears at 6 months and Change in epidermal thickness at 6 months. Started Jul 2025; status: completed.
