Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Autologous iPSC-derived dopaminergic neural precursor cells in Parkinson's disease (PD), sponsored by Ruijin Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events and serious adverse events at 12 months and Titer levels of binding and capsid-neutralizing antibodies against AAV at 12 months. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
