Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of TCRαβ+/CD45RA+ depleted haploidentical hematopoietic stem cells in acute leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), sponsored by Ruijin Hospital. Primary endpoint: 2-Year Event-Free Survival Rate. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
