Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of riluzole in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sponsored by Brain Trust Bio. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with abnormal vital signs at 6 weeks, Number of participants with abnormal physical examination findings at 6 weeks and 4 more.
