Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Tuberculosis (TB) comparing TBD09 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants reporting treatment-emergent adverse events, serious AEs, AEs of special interest, and AEs leading to withdrawal up to 92 days, Number of participants with clinically significant changes from baseline in safety laboratory measures and 2 more.
