Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD180 chimeric antigen receptor T-cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LBL), sponsored by Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 3 months and Number of adverse event of CD180 CART cells treatment at 24 months. Started Jun 2025; status: recruiting.
