Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of daratumumab in toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) and Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), sponsored by Hospices Civils de Lyon. Primary endpoints: Tolerance criteria (infusion reactions, CRS, hemostasis, biological parameters) at 24 hours, Stop of disease progression at Day 6 and 1 more. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
