Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD70-targeted CAR T-cell with TLR2 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Primary endpoints: Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome at 6 months, Cytokine Release Syndrome at 6 months and 1 more. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
