Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-human CD7 CAR-NK cell in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL), sponsored by Shanghai General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicity at 28 days and Incidence of adverse events at 2 years. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
