Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Full dose MDMA-Assisted Therapy with Active Placebo dose MDMA-Assisted Therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 total score at 16 weeks. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
