Megestrol Acetate for CINV in Lung Cancer

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of megestrol in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) (4 arms), sponsored by Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Subjects Experiencing No Nausea During 0-168 Hours After Initiation of the First Chemotherapy Cycle and Proportion of Subjects Experiencing No Nausea During 0-120 Hours After Initiation of the First Chemotherapy Cycle.
