Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of olutasidenib in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Virginia Commonwealth University. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of olutasidenib after upfront AML therapy up to 2 years and Tolerability of olutasidenib after upfront AML therapy up to 2 years.
