Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of QH101 in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Adverse Events at 12 months and Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 28 days. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
