Open-label, single-arm trial of Terbinafine subungual gel in otomycosis, sponsored by Assiut University. Primary endpoint: Clinical and mycological cure rate of otomycosis after topical terbinafine at 14 days. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
