Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of pembrolizumab in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (2 arms), sponsored by Henlius. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Concentration-Time Curve from Time 0 to 21 Days and Area Under the Concentration-Time Curve at Steady State at 18 weeks.
